automatchi

say "i'd be there"
without saying it first.

automatchi is a tiny social signal for your squad. tap an event — anonymously. nobody sees you tapped unless they tapped too.

iPhone first · android compatible · invite-only while we're in alpha

how it works

  1. 1 add your squad

a tight circle — the friends you'd actually want to see. up to 15. everyone you add has to accept; nothing happens without consent.

  2. 2 tap events blind

see something happening tonight? tap it. optionally name 1–3 squad members you'd want there. nobody sees your tap — including them.

  3. 3 mutual reveal

if a friend you tagged also tagged you for the same event, both of you find out at the same time. nobody is "the one who asked first".

why bother

group chats reward extroverts

"anyone want to do X?" is a social tax. the people who'd say yes if someone else asked first never get the chance.

stories signal after the fact

by the time you see who was there, you weren't. automatchi is for the before: would you go, if your people would?

one-on-one DMs feel like commitment

a tap costs nothing. unmatched, it disappears. matched, the only people who know are the people who matched.

anonymity is load-bearing

we don't show "5 people tapped" — that lets you reverse-engineer who. we use bucketed warmth. your taps are sealed at the database level, not just hidden in the app.

join the closed alpha

we're opening to small invite-only cohorts. drop your email and we'll send a one-time invite link when the next cohort opens.

we'll only use this to send your invite. no list-spam.
